With over 20 years of experience in the home care industry, Bruce has served as an agency owner and entrepreneur.

He launched his career by operating a franchised agency in northern New Jersey, which he sold in 2012. In 2009, he founded Frax, a domestic outsourced support service for agencies across the US and Canada. Bruce served as CEO of both Frax and SwyftOps until Frax was acquired in 2019. SwyftOps, a premier homecare operating system, rose to a top 4 position in the industry according to the 2023 Home Care Pulse benchmarking survey. Bruce currently resides in Wichita, Kansas, with his family.

One of his most rewarding experiences has been helping bring the vision for SwyftOps to life. Plamen currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.

Outside of SwyftOps, he enjoys the outdoors and spends his free time hiking, playing paintball, or rock climbing. Hunter is also pursuing a degree in Computer Science, with the goal of transitioning into software development.
