Bruce Berglind
CEO
With over 20 years of experience in the home care industry, Bruce has served as an agency owner and entrepreneur.
He launched his career by operating a franchised agency in northern New Jersey, which he sold in 2012. In 2009, he founded Frax, a domestic outsourced support service for agencies across the US and Canada. Bruce served as CEO of both Frax and SwyftOps until Frax was acquired in 2019. SwyftOps, a premier homecare operating system, rose to a top 4 position in the industry according to the 2023 Home Care Pulse benchmarking survey. Bruce currently resides in Wichita, Kansas, with his family.

Chris Trempe
President & COO
Chris brings over 20 years of experience in driving growth and operational excellence for both franchised and independently owned businesses.
Chris joined the SwyftOps executive team in 2019, bringing with him a stellar reputation for revitalizing teams and supporting start-ups. His go-to-market strategy for SwyftOps has helped the platform expand across franchise and independent home care sectors, offering an affordable, customizable, and user-friendly solution that adapts to market trends. Chris holds the roles of President and COO at SwyftOps and is also an ownership partner.

Plamen Ratchev
CTO
As CTO and the system architect at SwyftOps, Plamen brings a passion for innovation and software engineering to the role.
He has designed and developed cutting-edge solutions for renowned global brands, including Renault, Peugeot, Citroen, Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Boeing, Microsoft, American Express, Right at Home, and ComForCare. One of his most rewarding experiences has been helping bring the vision for SwyftOps to life. Plamen currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.

Vice President of Product Experience
As Vice President of Product Experience, Brandon ensures SwyftOps consistently delivers exceptional service to each agency we serve.
Brandon’s background includes extensive work in the home care industry, providing scheduling, billing, payroll, and bookkeeping services to agencies nationwide. Joining SwyftOps in 2020 as a subject matter expert, Brandon quickly advanced to various leadership roles. In his current role, he oversees top-tier training, education, and support departments. His close collaboration with home care agency owners has fueled his commitment to helping agencies establish scalable workflows and maximize their resources for growth.

Natasha Robertson
Vice President of Subscriber Engagement
As Vice President of Subscriber Engagement, Natasha leads SwyftOps’ marketing, sales, and onboarding teams with a focus on enhancing customer experience and fostering strong relationships.
Her background in sales and operations management supports her dedication to empowering home care agencies through innovative strategies and comprehensive onboarding. Natasha’s leadership ensures that SwyftOps’ new users receive effective training and ongoing support as they integrate with the platform.

Hunter Doshier
Product Experience Manager
As Product Experience Manager, Hunter is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for SwyftOps users, supported by a team of industry experts who ensure the platform’s success.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Hunter brings a strong sense of discipline and commitment to his role. Outside of SwyftOps, he enjoys the outdoors and spends his free time hiking, playing paintball, or rock climbing. Hunter is also pursuing a degree in Computer Science, with the goal of transitioning into software development.

With a bachelor’s degree in education and a professional background in hospitality, Deni brings a unique blend of skills to deliver effective training and provide an exceptional client experience. Outside of work, Deni enjoys playing adventure games with her wife, caring for their rabbits, and sharing her passion for cooking with friends and family.
